This course is a thorough study of the principles relating to a pastor's spiritual life, call, home, and
character. Also encompassed within the study is that of pastoral leadership, ethics, organization,
and management styles. Students will learn the importance of personal responsibility and
accountability within all areas of pastoral maninstry. One semester, 2 hours.
